Cancellation Policy for Holidays:
Minimum 3 night stay on Holidays
No Refunds for cancellations are allowed on holidays. A 14 day cancellation notice is required that you are giving up your rental space. Failure to do so will result in your card on file being charged for a total of a 3 night stay.
Cancellation Policy all other Days:
Minimum 2 night stay in cabins all other days. $25.00 fee assessed if only staying one night.
Refunds will be given less a $20.00 processing fee as long as required notice is given. Required notice is double the time of your rental. Example: 2 nights rented would require a 4 night notice, 7 nights rented would require a 14 night notice.
Guest(s) are responsible to advise park personnel if unable to arrive by check-in time. If no notification occurs within 12 hrs. of designated check-in time, guest will be charged appropriate penalty, reservation will be cancelled and site cabin will be available for new rental.
WE DO NOT REFUND DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS
If you decide to leave early your card on file will be charged for the remaining balance of your stay.
- All vehicles must display a current pass or owner's decal. All drivers must carry a valid driver's license and stop for park personnel.
- Street Parking is prohibited. All streets should remain clear. All vehicles must be parked at your designated site. All boat trailers must be parked in designated trailer parking area. No overnight Commercial vehicle parking. No parking on vacant sites.
- Owners and/or Registered Guest are responsible for their guest.
- Guest use all facilities at their own risk.
- All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and all children under 10 must have on a life jacket while on the docks.
- All trash/garbage/litter must be deposited in Dumpster or taken with you when you leave.
- Please help prevent pollution and nuisance animals by keeping garbage, litter and foreign substances out of rivers, streams and other waters.
- RV lots are Private Property use. Use water/power connections on your site only.
- If connected to sewer system sewer gaskets must be used
- Quiet time is between 9 pm and 7am.
- Campfires must be in a contained pre-manufactured pit, fire ring, grill or fireplace designed for that purpose. Campfires may be limited or prohibited at certain times. Do not leave your fire unattended. You are responsible for keeping fires under control
- Guest may not use any Park Address for the purpose of enrolling a child in a public education institution as well as for mail or package delivery. Local PO box recommended.
- Drivers must obey all traffic signs and operate their vehicles in accordance with posted regulations and applicable Federal, State and local laws.
- Use of vehicles within campgrounds and other recreation areas is limited to entering or leaving those areas.
- Outside Contractors, including RV/Boat detailing, maintenance, etc. must provide office with valid Business license and proof of insurance before any work is performed at Georgetown Marina & Lodge, Inc. Also, said contractors are to sign in and out providing site number and work performed.
Fireworks:
Use of fireworks or other explosives within campgrounds and other recreation areas are prohibited.
